Since joining Zausmer in 2016, Kyle has been a steadfast advocate for insurance carriers, offering expert guidance on claim adjustment and defense strategies. Known for simplifying complex legal issues, Kyle handles each case professionally and aggressively. He keeps current with new laws and defense tactics to navigate potential pitfalls.

In addition to his work with insurance carriers, Kyle is experienced in municipal employment law and general negligence, demonstrating his versatility as a litigator. He has successfully secured first-chair verdicts and motions for summary disposition, underlining his effectiveness in the courtroom. Kyle’s passion for mediating, negotiating, and fostering relationships underscores his dedication to providing exemplary service while keeping costs down for his clients.

Outside of work, Kyle enjoys spending time with his wife, two young children, and their foxhound. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoys golfing, skiing, hiking, and has completed half-marathons across the country.
