Before joining Zausmer, Julian practiced at a civil litigation firm dedicated to the defense of insurance companies, their affiliates, and their insured individuals and businesses in personal injury litigation throughout Michigan. He also served as an in-house attorney for a Fortune 500 insurance company, where he provided management and oversight of claim representatives and claims at all stages, from pre-suit negotiations through litigation or settlement.

Julian earned his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Michigan State University and his Juris Doctor from Thomas M. Cooley Law School.  Outside of the office, Julian enjoys being physically active and staying healthy. He is passionate about live music and looks forward to taking his three children to their first concerts.
