Alana Silver focuses her practice on personal injury protection and bodily injury cases.
Before coming to Zausmer, Alana gained experience in both defense and plaintiff work, which allows her to anticipate objectives from the plaintiff’s perspective and helps her formulate compelling litigation strategies. She has managed and litigated a large docket of cases from discovery through settlement, as well as investigating claims for fraud, priority, and assignment to insurance carriers. Alana is proficient in formulating litigation plans, settlement recommendations, case evaluation summaries, facilitation briefs, and dispositive motions. She has won several motions regarding material misrepresentations. Alana is also a certified Mediator for the Wayne Mediation Center.
