Zausmer, P.C. is pleased to announce the promotion of attorneys Danielle DePriest, Joshua Christopher, and Nathan Scherbarth to shareholders.

Danielle DePriest represents insurers and individuals in various types of insurance matters. She is dedicated to achieving the best possible results and has consistently obtained victories for her clients through motion practice and at trial. Danielle received her Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy from the University of Michigan and her Juris Doctor from Wayne State University Law School. She began her legal career as a clerk at Zausmer.
Joshua Christopher is a defense attorney, exposing fraud and abuse to protect our insurance clients’ interests. Josh has been extremely successful arguing cases, winning summary disposition motions, and obtaining substantial no-cause trial verdicts, saving our clients millions of dollars. Josh received his Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Michigan and his Juris Doctor at Ave Maria School of Law.
Nathan Scherbarth is a unique combination of litigator and appellate specialist. He has a varied practice which allows his strong appellate background to give him an advantage when defending clients in complex commercial, tort, and insurance matters. His clients can count on him to analyze and litigate difficult legal issues and to vigorously advocate for their best interests. Nathan attended Michigan State University, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts Degrees with high honors in both History and French, graduating first in his class. He later earned his law degree, cum laude, from Boston College Law School.
