The International Right of Way Association (IRWA) held is 63rd International Education Conference in June 2017 in Anchorage, Alaska. Zausmer attorneys Mischa Boardman, Andrea Johnson, and Devin Sullivan attended the four-day event, mixing with clients, colleagues, and fellow industry experts.
Mischa and Devin were also featured speakers among the distinguished faculty. During their presentation – “From Legislation to Litigation: Michigan’s ‘Thumb Loop’ Transmission Line” – they delivered an overview of ITC’s Thumb-Loop Project, a double-circuit, 345 kV transmission line that spanned over 140 miles and 500 parcels, requiring the construction of four new substations.
