Amber earned her undergraduate degree at Spelman College, where she served as Class President for three consecutive years before graduating magna cum laude in 2017. Amber then received her law degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School as an Advanced Opportunity Fellow. At UW Law, she served as Vice President of the Black Law Students Association, as a UW Law Ambassador, and as a competing member of the Moot Court Board. She was also a member of the Women’s Law Student Association, the Public Interest Law Association, and a two-year recipient of the Wisconsin African American Lawyers Scholarship.

Amber has worked for judges in Oakland County (Michigan) Circuit Court and Milwaukee County (Wisconsin) Circuit Court, as well as the 36th District Court in Detroit. She is proactive in her approach towards legal issues and takes pride in putting her clients’ needs before her own.

Outside of the office, Amber is an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., the National Alumnae Association of Spelman College, and spends time mentoring prospective and current law students. Amber enjoys golfing with her parents and attending Pilates classes with her sisters. In her spare time, Amber likes to try new restaurants and attend Detroit Tigers games with her family.
