Her experience across diverse areas of law, including environmental law, education law, and civil litigation, prepared her to handle a wide range of complex cases. Before joining Zausmer, Bailey worked at a large Detroit law firm where she represented clients such as public school districts, municipalities, and businesses through litigation and dispute resolution processes. Bailey also previously worked at a boutique appellate litigation firm, where she supported clients in pursuing civil and criminal appeals.

Outside of work, Bailey enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband. In the summers she enjoys boating or playing tennis, while colder months are spent with a good book.
