Handling a large docket of cases, Colin is well-versed and knowledgeable about Michigan’s No-Fault law. He assists insurance carriers with navigating and implementing the updates to the No-Fault Act and regularly provides advice and litigation guidance for insurance carriers defending against fraudulent claims.
Colin decided on a legal career while earning his undergraduate degree at Grand Valley State University. He then attended Ave Maria School of Law, supplementing his on-campus education with an internship at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Toledo, Ohio, Moot Court, and as a faculty research assistant before receiving his Juris Doctor in 2008.
