Joshua Healy is an associate in the firm’s Business & Commercial Litigation and Eminent Domain practice groups.
Joshua is adept at translating and breaking down complex issues, using those skills to keep his clients informed throughout the entire litigation process.
Joshua attended the University of Michigan, where he served as Copy Chief and Managing Editor at The Michigan Daily and received his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy. Upon graduation, he lived and worked in Washington D.C. for five years before moving back to Michigan to prepare for a career in law. Joshua began working as a legal assistant and paralegal for Nathan Upfal, who is Of Counsel to Zausmer and a fellow double Wolverine. His work there involved acting as a liaison with clients, conducting legal research, reviewing title documents, and drafting and editing real estate transactional documents, operating agreements, deeds, loan summaries, and memos.
