After entering the practice, Raffi worked at a busy litigation firm where he was quickly entrusted with a large docket of state and federal cases involving property damage, premises liability, construction defect, bodily injury, and civil rights violations, from the pleadings stage through trial and appeal. Raffi became adept at consulting and deposing experts, reviewing medical records and accident reports, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, and investigating the veracity and credibility of parties and witnesses using their social media and other online activity.

Raffi has achieved numerous favorable results through mediation, arbitration, and other alternative dispute resolution proceedings. In cases where the parties hit an impasse and ADR was no longer an option, he has proceeded to trial and handled first-chair responsibilities.

As one of ten children in his family, Raffi attributes his sense of fairness – and aggressive advocacy skills – to his upbringing. When he’s not advocating for his clients, he gives back to the community as the coach of a charter high school soccer team.
