Stephanie Strycharz is a results-driven trial attorney with a track record of securing defense victories and offering sound counsel in complex insurance litigation.
Stephanie is known for her strategic insights and practical approach to resolving challenging legal matters. Her practice encompasses a broad range of insurance-related litigation, including first- and third-party no-fault claims, catastrophic personal protection insurance cases, contract disputes, personal injury liability, premises liability, and complex commercial litigation.
By analyzing cases from multiple angles, Stephanie develops strong defenses and anticipates strategies invoked by opposing counsel. She has secured complete defense verdicts in high-stakes automobile negligence cases, won no-cause verdicts in cases involving traumatic brain injury claims, and obtained summary disposition on a range of insurance and liability disputes. Her ability to manage large caseloads while delivering effective results makes her a trusted choice for insurers facing litigation.
Stephanie’s leadership extends beyond the courtroom. She supervises and mentors associate attorneys, strengthening the firm’s overall practice. Her thought leadership in insurance law includes published works and presentations on emerging issues, such as insurance investigations and no-fault insurance contract strategies.
Stephanie earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School, where she was articles editor and managing associate editor of the Law Review and served on the executive board of the Moot Court team. She holds a B.S., summa cum laude, in Criminal Justice with a concentration in legal studies from Eastern Michigan University.
Stephanie and her husband have three daughters. They spend much of their free time at their oldest daughter’s tennis tournaments.
