A group of Zausmer attorneys recently volunteered with Free Bikes 4 Kidz Detroit (FB4K) to clean and repair bikes for children in preparation for the holiday season.
FB4K Detroit is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping all kids ride into a happier, healthier childhood by providing bikes to those most in need.
With an abundance of outgrown bikes each year, FB4K receives gently used bikes as donations. Volunteers come in at different points throughout the year to prepare the bikes for donation by cleaning and repairing them. The donated bikes are then distributed to children in the local communities who need them the most.
Our valued client, Piston Group, is one of several sponsors of FB4K and graciously donates warehouse space at its Detroit location, where Zausmer’s attorneys aided in the clean-up of the bikes this year. In 2022 alone, over 3,000 bikes were distributed to children in need.
