Zausmer’s female partners recently hosted their annual Women’s Leadership Summit for the firm’s female associates.
The Women’s Leadership Summit creates a safe space for female associates to ask questions, have an open conversation about navigating the workforce as a female attorney, and hear from guest speakers.
The summit also provides time for associates and shareholders to get more acquainted and bond over dinner and conversation. In addition to the annual summit, a book club is available for female attorneys to join. At the summit, the next book—SPEAK by Tunde Oyeneyin—was provided to those in attendance. SPEAK is about finding your voice and making a positive impact in your own life through growth, self-confidence, and triumph.
